Wearing Brons: 2012 NBA Playoffs Round One Recap (LeBron 9) »

LeBron James isn’t the only one who’s been wearing his own signature shoes in the 2012 NBA Playoffs. James seems to prefer the Elite version of the Nine, but other players who wore the regular Nike LeBron 9 during the regular season continue the push in the Post Season. The list includes Eric Bledsoe of the Los Angeles Clippers with Xmas’, George Hill of the Indiana Pacers who chose Freegums, and Al Harrington and Ty Lawson of the Denver Nuggets, who opted for LeBron 9 iD, Mango and Cool Grey styles, respectively. Wearing Brons: Nike LeBron 9 (iD) Sightings Around the NBA »

The latest LeBron James signature sneaker is making its way onto NBA courts. With the Nike iD option available for the Nike LeBron 9, the NBA players have an opportunity to design own their colorways matching their team colors. Al Harrington was the first to come up with a special Black / Gold Denver Nuggets colorway followed by a White / Navy version. George Hill, who is known for his commitment to LeBron shoes, wore a similar colorway matching the Indiana Pacers uniforms. Ty Lawson is sticking with GRs, though. He’s been seen wearing the Cool Grey and Mango styles. Big thanks to you big dummy for sending the pics.

Wearing Brons: Al Harrington Rocks His Own Nike LeBron 9 iD »

Usually, most of Nike LeBron sightings on NBA courts involve LeBron James’ current teammates. Same thing happened during his Cleveland Cavaliers days as well as nowadays with the Miami Heat. Mario Chalmers has worn the Nike LeBron 9 several times… including the Freegums colorways. This season, apart from retail styles, the players have the possibility to customize a pair thanks to the Nike iD option available for the LeBron 9. Al Harrington of the Denver Nuggets has created his own colorway matching his team colors and wore them last night.
