Bad news!  James is playing the best seasons of his careers but unfortunately as of 2/28/09 James drops the spot topping him to no. 2 and trailing to Kobe. Despite the numbers James is showing Kobe atops Lebron for the first time in this season after trailing James. I still hope and I want Lebron to be crowned as the MVP!!

That's a joke. The Lakers have a few other big time talented players that are helping them win.

Without Lebron the Cavs wouldn't be a 500 ball team. Lebron Deserves the MVP this year without a doubt.

Hell nobody thought the cavs were going to play like they have this year.

the guy was prob comparing eachother when cavs vs lakers games. cause cavs lost twice, im guessing thats why he fell to no. 2. but seeing james' stats to kobes, james is a hell of a lot better.

I don't care if Lakers will have a better record.

For years I've been hearing that LeBron is not NBA's MVP in eyes of those who have the privilege to choose it, cause he's not on a 60+ wins team. This year they are going for 60-65 wins and with LeBron's stats and his impact on the Cavaliers it would be crazy to choose anyone else. Kobe IS NOT EVEN CLOSE!!!!!!

NBA took away his 50+ triple double. If I were them… I would not like to upset The King twice in one season, LOL.
