Homepage > Avoid Fakes > Fake LeBron VII

Information

There are two main rules when it comes to identifying fake LeBron VII’s. First of all they’re called Air Max LeBron VII, not Zoom LeBron VII. So be sure to check out those boxes, which by the way should look like this. Also, 99% of fake LBJ7’s feature the hologram decoder key on the outsole. However, the production model in several colorways comes with the regular L23 logo. That’s the case for the initial Black/White/Red edition, China, and also Red Carpet. Aside from that, most of fake Nike LeBron VII’s are simply made up. That’s why, be sure to check out all photos below for a list of many not existing colorways. Compare them with our official AMLVII Listing and you’ll have your answer. Finally, pay attention to details… for example laces. In the normal version the left shoe has LEBRON and right JAMES written on the laces. Fakes makers tend to mix up the order.

Real talk, I after I saw these on this website, I went and BOUGHT a pair. I really don’t care what the actual VIIs look like, them green and white joints, with gold laces, are the truth!

I had to replace the laces though, as they misspelled his NAME on the original laces. The left foot had LEBRON, the right had JRMES instead of JAMES. smh

we have them in greenhills, they sell for $20 (FAKE). they look just like the real lebron VII. I just wonder, how do they release fakes first and get their hands on the blue print of the shoes? is nike giving it away? any way’s, I am goin to get one by next week, use it for ballin here in our backyard…

Damn, they been working over-time on all these fakes.
At least you know the shoe’s a hit, when they jump on ’em this hard.

And to the guy planning on getting fakes SMH, they’re useless as a basketball shoe, funny enough sweatshop designers don’t pay any attention to creating a performance sneaker, so stay away from fakes.

:?: who cares if these shoes are fake man there still ballen, like shesh for the lebrons i have i could have like 20 of these!

I want to say I have a pair oh thelebron7,s I copped them from the house of hoops in harlem and they are hot. However I am a true sneaker collector and what I don’t understand is how can the bootleg version of a sneaker hit the street bbefore the said release date? And I have to admit after looking at both lebrons and jordans some of the quality is 5 star. I have seen this with the hallof fame 6 rinrings most ecently and some of bron 6,s and can’t tell the difference the bootleggers are that good. Though I would never buy bootleg

I picked up a pair of the black/ white/ red fakes on eBay for $100 shipped. The seller swore up and down they were real. I was skeptical and pretty convinced they were not, but figured I’d get a pair just to check out the quality. Amazingly, they are actually pretty well built. As soon as I saw the shoe box I knew for sure they were fakes. Plus, authentic Nike shoes have a very specific smell to them, which these shoes kind of had, but definitley not the soles. They don’t use the same rubber on fakes. Anyway, I balled in them for the first time last night – full court, indoor gym. They’re actually comfortable and sturdy for fakes. I was especially worried about how the fake 360 Zoom Air would hold up. To my surprise, they worked fine the entire time and are still intact after 6 hard 5-on-5 games to 9. My only complaint was the metal lace eyelets at the top of each shoe; one of them busted off my left shoe during a game, and one of the the rivets on the right shoes started digging into my foot. I ended up taking all of them off both shoes, and now they’re much more comfortable. The design is pretty stupid too – a metal eyelet with sharp edges for fabric shoe laces? Every time you go to tie or tighten them, it’s gonna rub and eventually cut through the laces. The pics I’ve seen of the authentic VII’s look the same, so I anticipate a lot of cats that drop the $160 retail for them are gonna have the same issue/ complaints. Anyway, I really don’t condone or support the fake sneaker industry, but it seems that the quality of fakes is vastly improving. Peace.

Actually, the guys who produce the fake ones are the same guys who produce the originals. These guys have the infrastructure patterns and moulds plus cheap labour and materials. A perfect back door business.

i bought a pair of the new lebron shoe and they cost me 169.00 total the day after i received them i bought a pair of them off of A.J.C for 64.00 and im pissed because there is no difference between the two shoes they fit and feel identical i mean nothing is different besides the price what happens is the one for 64.00 come from the same place the mall sport stores get them just the mall marks the price up and im sure when the mall buys them they buy 100 pairs of them so they probaly even get them cheaper and then turnaround and sell them to us for 169.00 thats why all of the sport stores are hating on the cheap ones because they are losing money trust me no difference at all …..sean in CLEVELAND

I bought LeBron VII shoes about a week ago…

I loved them and I thought they were great.

However, when I put them on they were really uncomfortable which was weird because they meant to be very cushiony and comfy inside. I didnt think much of it though.

Later I went in to Foot Locker and I saw them…

    Mine were fakes!!!!!!!!

The Flywire on mine was solid and is wasnt flexible at all but in Foot Locker it was so flexible and they seemed so comfortable I was pretty upset :(

I paid ?50 pound for mine from a website called Boots-Retail.

Its one of those really cheap websites so I guess I was pretty stupid buying them though…..

I can still wear them but the fact that they are fake is crap :(

So dont buy stuff from Boots-Retail!!!!

i have 2 say i like the fakes….. they usually come out wit some ugly colors that you know weren’t released but i got me a pair of the green and grays and they are just like mi red 1s(real)….there comfortable and Ive been gettin complements no 1 can tell

  32. Jason on 26 Dec 2009 at 12:33 am | permalink |

If you guys like the fakes you should go to china and pick you up a lot of them most of them sell there for around 160 yuan or $25 a pair lol… check out http://www.taobao.com and see for yourself, thats the price that the chinese pay for them lol…

  33. Jason on 26 Dec 2009 at 12:35 am | permalink |

thing about the fakes is that they might look great, but most of them are missing the flywire technology and like the lunar foam technology for Kobe shoes.

  34. TRA on 31 Dec 2009 at 2:27 pm | permalink |

rockin fakes speak to who you are, because the fact that you know they are fake and you would try and pass them off as real is sayin something about you

Do the lebron VII-fakes have also the flywire like in the originals? I’ve seen a Nike Hyperdunk-fakes and the only difference is the flywire it’s not embossed like the one in the originals u can feel the wire.

DONT BUY FAKES! THEY DONT HAVE THE SAME COMFORT, FIT AND QUALITY JUST LIKE THE ORIGINALS… me i dont mind paying $160 ( i got 2 colorways as of now… China Ed. and White/Black-Varsity Red) and im still waitin for the Black/White-Metallic Gold CW. King James is not fake and he’s the best baller right now in the world. so why buy fake Lebron shoes?

  48. Will on 09 Feb 2010 at 7:24 am | permalink |

Aye yo, I know there are fake kicks out there and I do not buy them but there are some questions about these $200 sneaks. Yo, both are made in China, right? I have had some Nikes in the past that I brough from Footlocker, Footaction, or Champs that I paid over $100 to hoop in and they have had defects. These “fakes” have stepped their game up but how are we supposed to know that these same kicks we get at the footlockers of the world are not fakes as well?

Guys…no fakes are not whats up! If you are going to get the fakes pay attention to the details. Don’t be getting the ones with the lebron on the right and the james on the left or the name is mispelled so not hot!!
