First Decent Look at Nike LeBron XI (11) Fairfax Home PE »

It’s a common thing for Nike to make several High School PE colorways for LeBron James’ signature shoes… year in, year out. This includes his very own St. Vincent St. Mary as well as Christ the King in New York and Fairfax in Los Angeles.

Usually it’s at least two different styles for Home and Away games. Sometimes it’s the Soldier line that gets to carry the tradition. This year Nike went all out for the Ohio State University with 9 different pairs. However, as beautiful as all those shoes are they don’t come out anymore and it’s got very difficult to get proper photographs. It’s almost 2016 and I have a feeling getting photos of limited Nike LeBron sneakers was much easier back in 2007 with the previous HS/college PEs.

Same goes for the presented Fairfax HomeĀ edition of the Nike LeBron XI. It took almost two years since the first teaser photo leaked showing both Home and Away colorways. The Aways got portrayed pretty fast, but the Homes were missing in action. Now one of the pair popped on eBay hence the detailed look.

It’s really too bad Nike decided to stop releasing any of the High School / College colorways. They’re usually clean and simple by design. Something that can’t be said about many of the GRs.
