Nobody will be writing LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers off any longer. King James had a triple-double, the fifth of his NBA Finals career, willing the Cavaliers to victory, finishing with 39 points, 16 rebounds and 11 assists. I guess the Warriors’ fans motto “Strength in Numbers” describes the level of play that The King has to put up night in and night out for the Cavs to still have a chance at that elusive Championship ring. Playing incredibly shorthanded, here in his fifth consecutive finals, the exhaustion dripped off of James. He had done all he could and a tough overtime frame left him in need of some help.
The extra help came from scrappy Matthew Dellavedova, who replaced Kyrie Irving in the starting lineup, getting a crucial offensive rebound in overtime, getting fouled in the process, and knocking down the game-tying, as well as the game-winning free throws with 10 seconds to play. Delly corralled Stephen Curry as much as anybody has this season leading to his worst shooting night of the season.
James has finally laced up the LeBron 12 Elite, again, with a brand new Black and White PE version. From 2015 NBA Playoffs Show Album
