Way back before his first Post Season line of shoes, LeBron James used to wear the Nike Soldier series in the NBA Playoffs. In 2007, playing in his fourth season, The King made his first Post Season appearance and led the Cleveland Cavaliers all the way to the NBA Finals. Back then Tim Duncan was already a legend in pursuit of his fourth ring, while King James was attempting to begin his own championship legacy. They have come a long way since they met in the 2007 NBA Finals as basketball players, but in LeBron’s case it’s been an equally long journey as a sneakerhead. In 2007, he wore a total of 19 different colorways throughout the regular season and the playoffs. None of his post season shoes were PEs colorways apart from the laser markings on his Finals make ups. This season, King James has already went through a total of 37 different shoes and none of his playoffs shoes are anywhere close near a General Release. Check out his Nike Zoom Soldier Finals PEs below and stay tuned for updates on his selection in this year’s Finals.
