Release Reminder: Christ the King VII Drops Tomorrow at HOHs »

This weekend may bring us towards the very last of the Air Max LeBron VII. Tomorrow, on the 13th of March, Nike will drop the anticipated “Christ the King” AMLVII special make up. They will be released exclusively at Footlocker’s House of Hoops stores. Also, Eastbay has the remaining two (Blue and Red) Cool Grey Air Max LeBron VII TBs available for sale. So that’s all we’ve had confirmed. Of course, we hope Nike will treat us with at least couple more energy releases (f.e. MVP), but that’s only rumors at this point. Leaked: Nike Zoom Soldier IV – Grey and Purple – Sample Version »

Around this time of year we usually would be counting days (or weeks) until the next Zoom Soldier premiere. Not this season. As you probably know by now, the Nike LeBron VII has a special lightweight, Zoom Air equipped version slated for the upcoming NBA Playoffs. It’s been a recurrent theme for LeBron James to wear a lighter, performance oriented shoe when it matters most. While I am very excited about the upcoming LeBron VII P.S., which feels great btw, my feelings are the opposite towards the Zoom Soldier IV. For some reason, it doesn’t scream performance basketball by just looking at them. Hopefully, we’re wrong, cause Nike like to surprise their fans. It has happened before on numerous occasions. It’s hard to judge the ZS4′s from photos only, but here’s a new one featuring an unseen Grey / Purple sample. Via Niketalk.

Wearing Brons – Banks, Nate, G. Hill, J. Will Sport the Phantom VII »

Soldiers – the Zoom Soldier III in this case – are a frequent guest in our Wearing Brons segment. They are are a part of the LeBron James signature series, but they also come out in most popular team colors. The next installment is most likely to become a 100% team shoe, because the Post Season VII is replacing Soldiers for the Playoffs this year. We usually don’t get to see much of the numbered line on NBA courts, but several players have recently decided to wear the All Black Air Max LeBron VII.
