Upcoming Nike LeBron VII P.S. – Playoff Pack – New Photos »

Soon the Nike LeBron VII P.S. will take over and replace LBJ’s current shoe – Air Max LeBron VII. It’s only a matter of time. It still remains unclear how many AMLVII’s will hit stores, but from what I’ve heard fans expect more. In March, four Cool Grey based colorways will be released, and there’s one more House of Hoops exclusive coming in about two weeks (CTK). Besides that… nothing has been confirmed, but we hope for something special commemorating LeBron James’ MVP-like regular season. Meanwhile, let’s take a closer look at one of the Post Season VII’s. Reminiscent of the Air Jordan XI “Concord” the POP is bound to succeed.

    I dont know what it is but I just don’t like it. I like the fact that they are using the zoom on this but the whole design looks alot better with the air max unit.

    I think the all black blocked Swoosh on the outside makes it look second rate. Should’ve gone the same as in the instep with that white swoosh outlined in black! It’s good to see the shoe on a foot (I agree… with socks please? ha haha) because that tongue looked super funky huge in earlier pics… looks just right in these!

    DOPE STUFF – Liking the multiple eyelets at the top as well. looks a little like a concord XI fusion, and that is cool. love the switch back to zoom air as well

    Why wear and promote air max all season long and swith to zoom for the playoffs? I do happen to be a fan of zoom air, but do not understand the Nike point of view here. I guess it was less difficult to basically just change the midsole and tweat the top instead of coming up with a new air max design, or a completely new upper. Possibly Nike may think the vii would have sold better with zoom cushioning. Personally I am a big fan of air max and think part of the mass appeal of the vii had to do with the air max cushioning.
