Nike Zoom Soldier III White Navy Red Grade School Sample »

We’ve seen quite a lot of Soldier 3s already, but that’s only a taste of what’s coming. Couple days back we profiled the White and Navy colorway (141), but turns out the sample version was a little different. Below, there’s a GS edition featuring a completely different color blocking. Also, it has that USA vibe as it is a good match with USA Basketball team jerseys. Which one do you prefer? Mens’ version of this one?

James’ Near Triple Double Helps Push Pistons to Brink of Elimination »

Cleveland has won seven straight against the Pistons in the postseason. The Pistons are down 3-0 vs. the Cavs. No team in NBA history has ever come back from a 3-0 deficit to win a seven-game series (85 occurrences). After two comfortable wins at home, Cleveland struggled to score points at the Palace. But they won. Actually, “struggled” is putting it lightly. For a good part of Game 3, the Cavs looked downright awful offensively. LeBron James huffed and puffed about being pushed and shoved by the Detroit Pistons. Then, he stopped lobbying for help from the officials and blew the Pistons down and almost out of the playoffs. James had 11 rebounds and nine assists. He said he learned he was just short of a triple-double after looking at the stat sheet. “When I got to the locker room, I blamed Mo Williams,” James joked. LeBron James recorded his third career 25 point, 10 rebound, 8 assist game in the playoffs, tying him with Shaquille O’Neal and Baron Davis for the most such games by an active player. King James wore the initial Zoom Soldier III colorway. With POP’s being the Home Edition, the Black/White/Red GR is a good match with Cavs’s road uniforms. New Soldier in Stores – Camo Nike Zoom Soldier III Hits Retail »

Slowly, but precisely the new Soldier is taking over The Six as the current LeBron James shoe. The only thing about the ZLVI worth mentioning now is the upcoming MVP edition. LBJ has been wearing POP’s (home) and the initial style (away) in the first round of the 2009 NBA Playoffs. Also, new colorways are popping up in stores, both online and local. While the Black/White/Red version is pretty much everywhere, the Playoff colorway is not available online… for now. This new Nike Zoom Soldier III has been spotted at Nike accounts – Camouflage Edition. Check your local spots or visits eastbay as they have them listed on a back-order with a 5/6 shipping date. Also, sidelineapparel.com have them in stock too. Watch our for pics though… many stores are going to put up the sample version. See the actual production model below. Do you like it more than classic Black/White/Red colorways?
