Not Witness, but Believe. The Other NYC Zoom LeBron 4. »

NYC Graffiti Nike Zoom LeBron IV – it’s the shoe that started it all. The whole NYC X LeBron James hype, that lasts till the present day, was born after the Pop Up Event held down in New York over two years ago. Nike recognized the love Big Apple folks have for sneakers and LBJ, and they released a very limited number (250 pairs) of the NYC’s. They were given the Holy Grail status even before the actual premiere. From that moment the New York X LeBron James bond has only kept getting stronger. The Graffities were tagged as PROMO SAMPLE, which basically makes them a Player Exclusive. That was long before fans were able to buy PEs via House of Hoops, which btw have regular tags (in most cases). The shoe you see below is a Sample version, which has a different text written down the heel. The regular model has Witness opposed to Believe on the Sample. Photos of both versions after the break. Upcoming HOH Exclusive – St. Vincent St. Mary Home Edition »

Yesterday we wrote about one of two upcoming HOH Exclusive ZL6s slated for this weekend (Saturday to be exact). Today we focus on the other pair – the Saint Vincent Saint Mary Edition. We’ve been getting SVSM shoes as House of Hoops exclusives for over a year now. That includes the SVSM Soldier I (Home), SVSM LeBron V (Home), SVSM Soldier II (Away), and now this model – SVSM LeBron VI (Home). Although we probably won’t see LeBron James wearing any of the SVSM shoes, they are very special as SVSM is his high school alma mater. You can order them now at osneaker.com or if you live abroad we put 3 links to Asia based stores after the jump. The STVM Nike Zoom LeBron VI features classic Irish colors – White, Green and Gold. There is a lot of patent leather found along the toe box and its triple stitched midsole, but also the swoosh and around the collar. Hits of gold can be seen on the heel counter as well as the swoosh border, lace accents, outsole and the stitching too. The heel tab reads “IRISH” for the SVSM team name.
