Nike China Presents LeBron Six Experience Center »

With their resounding success on the court of Beijing Summer Olympic this year. The U.S. Men’s Basketball Team not only reaffirm their place on the international circuit but also won new fans across the globe. In part as his introduction to these new admirers as well as a celebration to his sixth signature edition. Nike and Nike China created the LeBron Six Experience Center at its Nike 706 event space in Beijing.

Black-Anthracite Nike Zoom LBJ Ambassador Actual Photos »

LeBron’s sidekick shoes – Zoom LBJ Ambassador – have been released earlier this month in Asia region and additionally several pairs have been released at the House of Hoops stores in the United States (New York, Chicago, Los Angeles). So far two styles have hit the stores – initial White/Black/Grey and a limited number of the United We Rise edition. Two more models are scheduled to be released in December – China White/Crimson/Gold and an All Black colorway, which is the one you see below. Valued at $85 the Ambassadors are a nice alternative to all those more expensive signature shoes and if you’re are a LeBron fan, who lives somewhere in Asia you might wanna try these on.

Detailed Look at the New York Nike LeBron 6 “Big Apple” »

The official info regarding the “Big Apple” VI’s – yet another New York City inspired LeBron sneaker – has surfaced yesterday, but today we follow up with detailed shots of the upcoming LeBrons. LeBron James is expected to wear these candy red kicks tonight when his Cleveland Cavaliers visit the Madison Square Garden and take on the New York Knicks. King James continues his tradition of rocking special NYC sneakers at the brightest sports arena in the world, or Mecca of basketball as he calls it. In the past two seasons he showcased the Graffiti NYC Zoom LeBron IV and the NY Yankees Zoom LeBron V. For those, who want to get the Big Apples, be on the lookout this Friday as several Nike retailers will have these available for sale including the House of Hoops, of course.

“Chalk” Nike Zoom LeBron VI Commercial Featuring LeBron James »

This Thanksgiving holiday Nike will debut its latest television commercial, “Chalk,” which features basketball star LeBron James. The 30 and 60-second U.S. television spots draw its inspiration from LeBron’s pre-game ritual of tossing talcum powder into the air at the scorers’ table before each home and away game. The pre-game ritual of LeBron has become a symbol of the ultimate “Just Do It” moment. The ad campaign, produced in cooperation with Portland, Ore.-based advertising agency Wieden+Kennedy is part of Nike’s integrated marketing and communication support for LeBron’s latest signature sneaker ? the Zoom LeBron VI. The ad will begin airing on Thanksgiving Day during the nationally televised pro football games. It will run on major networks and cable channels including ESPN, ABC, Fox, CBS, BET and MTV. The campaign will also be featured on www.nikebasketball.com. In addition to LeBron James, the commercial also features cameo appearances by basketball players Greg Oden, LaMarcus Aldridge, Brandon Roy, Daniel Gibson, Anderson Varejao, J.J. Big Apple Zoom LeBron VI Coming to House of Hoops on 11/28 »

On Tuesday, November 25, NBA All-Star LeBron James makes his first trip of the 2008-09 NBA season to Madison Square Garden as the Cleveland Cavaliers take on the New York Knicks. Not only will the perennial NBA All-Star be returning to the stage where he scored 50 points last season but he will be doing so in a special “New York City” version of his latest signature sneakers – the Zoom LeBron VI. The “Big Apple” Zoom LeBron VI sneakers take inspiration from one of LeBron’s favorite cities, New York, by incorporating the color red throughout the shoe as a tribute to the city’s famous nickname. This will be the third time that LeBron will wear a special “New York” version of his signature shoe. Two seasons ago he wore a “graffiti” edition of the Zoom LeBron IV and last season he wore a version of the Zoom LeBron V’s that included pinstripes (Yankees). Fans looking to purchase the Zoom LeBron VI – “Big Apple” edition can do so in New York City on Friday, November 28. The shoe will be available at retail locations throughout the city such as Niketown, House of Hoops plus 3 other Footlocker stores and will retail for a suggested price of $140. Superman Edition of the Nike Zoom LeBron VI »

The Zoom LeBron VI “Superman” photo has just hit the Internet. It’s one of the underground colorways that has never seen a public light. So far we’ve seen the Superman IIIs and Superman ZS2s. Each Superman LeBron sneaker features a combination of White, Blue, Red and Yellow colors. This one has a White leather toe box, Blue nubuck upper, Yellow swoosh, and Red outsole. The stitching on the midsole is multi-colored as well. It’s doubtful that a Superman colorway will be released, probably because it’s not one of the colorways that would sell.

Nike Zoom LeBron VI Promo Colorways Group Photo »

We got used to the fact that each time a LeBron sneaker is made, tons of special promo colorways surface right away. However, this year it’s even hard to find a General Release model without jumping through hoops. Apart from King James’ White/Crimson HOME PE and a glimpse of several sample colorways in the “Story of the Six” video, it’s been all about the GRs and HOH exclusives so far. Fortunately, once in a while, some photos leak to the Internet and change our perspective of the shoe. Thanks to hoopchina we get a special look at some of the PEs/Samples featuring The Six. It’s very interesting to see the new LeBrons in unusual for the signature line styles. Of course you will find some of the “regulars” here – OSU, CTK, SVSM, Fairfax – but I guess the most appealing are all the other unknown colorways. So which one do you like most?
