Nike Zoom LeBron V All-Star Exclusive Showcase »

The All-Star Nike Zoom LeBron V, which dropped two days at House of Hoops, is available at selected NikeTowns too. Thanks to issforums.com and niketalk.com we were able to confirm that NT L.A. and NT Chicago have them in stock. Those, who attended Spurs vs Cavs game on Wednesday were able to buy them as well, a limited number of pairs was sold at the Quicken Loans Arena. Also, the All-Star colorway is scheduled to be released in Hong Kong in March. In anticipation of the 2008 NBA All-Star Game check out more pics presenting LeBron’s shoes for the game below. Nike will release two special Nike Zoom LeBron V colorways at the House of Hoops store in Harlem, New York – Mr. Basketball and Yankees. The first one is a very special design featuring a collage of numbers and words that highlights the LeBron Experience. The second one is the long awaited New York Yankees edition, LeBron’s tribute to one of the greatest franchises in sports history, his favorite baseball team. The Mr. Basketball edition will drop in a week on 2/22 and the Yankees is scheduled to be released on 3/5, the same day when Cavs visit the Knicks at the Madison Square Garden. Unfortunately both shoes will be EXTREMELY LIMITED so for those who live outside NYC or won’t get there on time chances of getting a pair are very slim. LeBron signs sponsorship deal with State Farm Insurance »

Insurance giant State Farm said Wednesday that it has signed an endorsement deal with James, a State Farm customer since 2004. “LeBron’s brand resonates with young people,” Pam El, State Farm’s vice president of marketing, said in a news release. “Our relationship will be focused on helping connect our State Farm brands and products — particularly our auto and renters insurance — to a young audience.” This isn’t the first non-sport contract for the man Forbes magazine in December anointed the richest superstar under 25. James has done commercials for Cub Cadet lawn tractors and Microsoft’s Vista operating system. In a news release, James said the State Farm deal was attractive because “We both have a common goal — to help kids and strengthen the communities that they live in.” State Farm will be the first sponsor of the LeBron James Family Foundation project to build playgrounds across the country.
