An exclusive look at LeBron’s Soldier Playoffs PE »

As some of you may already know LeBron James wore the Nike Zoom Soldier in all of his twenty 2007 NBA Playoffs games. Although he used basic colorways he didn’t use the exact GR versions, he rocked his Player Exclusives personalized for The King himself. We reported about this several times back in June. Today we give you an in-depth look at this Navy, White and Gold PE, which LeBron wore during game four of the second round versus the New Jersey Nets. The presented sneaker features the same colorway as the released version, but has a slightly different colors placement. Take a look at this direct GR vs PE comparison below. New Nike LeBron V apparel coming to eastbay »

Here’s a shoe that is considered to be the most recognizable out of all Nike LeBrons out there – Nike Zoom LeBron II Dunkman Player Exclusive. It’s this sneaker that was the first to implement famous dunkman colors (Gray-White-Mean Green), which now are the icon of the Nike LeBron signature line, PE branch. Cavaliers unveil their new training facility: Cleveland Clinic Courts »

On Wednesday afternoon, the Cavaliers unveiled their new practice facility, Cleveland Clinic Courts, opened in Independence. The stunning $25 million, 50,000-square-foot facility is the most technologically advanced in sports and so rustically beautiful that even Allen Iverson wouldn’t complain about having to go to practice. Every aspect of the building, from the double practice courts to the locker room to the training and weight rooms and the video coaching operation, is state of the art. There are machines so new that the Cavs staff is still learning how to use them. The team assembles for its first workouts at the complex on Oct. 1. According to Cavs General Manager Danny Ferry, the Cavs’ goal was to build a facility to help the team maximize its opportunities to succeed. Assistant general manager Chris Grant toured many of the finest sports practice facilities in the country and helped put together a building that encompasses the best of each of those. Air Zoom Generation Gold Medal PE »

Today we present a close look at the Nike Air Zoom Generation “Gold Medal” Player Exclusive. These shoes were made in order to commemorate winning the Gold Medal in basketball during the 2004 Olympics, however, as we all know the USA Team did get only the Bronze Medal after losing to Argentina in semi-finals.

Another look at the Black and Gold LeBron Soldier »

Although there were some inconsistencies concerning the Black and Gold Nike Zoom Soldier colorway, today we present the actual released version. It features the Black, Gold and Crimson colors with gold contrasting stitching and some minor crimson details (L23 crown, Lion’s eyes, LeBron’s sig on the insole). James sees better than ever after eye surgery »

LeBron James took another step toward improving his game last week, undergoing Lasik eye surgery in Beverly Hills, Calif. The procedure, performed by Dr. Kerry K. Assil, is designed to improve vision and assures a faster recovery. James’ vision has improved to 20/15, according to Assil, and he has already been cleared to resume workouts. Lasik, which typically takes 10 to 15 minutes, involves a surgeon creating a corneal flap. The flap is then peeled back and a laser is used to reshape the cornea. Once the cornea is reshaped, light rays coming into the eye will properly focus on the retina for clearer vision. James recently led the United States team to a gold medal in the FIBA Americas tournament in Las Vegas, which qualified them for the 2008 Olympics in Beijing. He is scheduled to host the season premiere of “Saturday Night Live” from New York on Sept. 29. On Oct. 2, James and the Cavaliers open training camp and defense of their Eastern Conference championship. Source: The Plain Dealer.
