Autographed Nike LeBrons from Upper Deck »

Earlier this month we have reported about Upper Deck’s new [signed shoes program]. It is official now as they have just released several Nike LeBron shoes autographed by King James himself. They are available in UD’s [online store] at a $1250-1500 price range. The newly released sneakers are 10 Nike Zoom LeBron IIIs and 1 special colorway of the Nike Zoom LeBron 20-5-5 “Triple-Double” edition, which Bron wore in his first ever NBA Playoff debut back in 2006. All the shoes come with LeBron’s authentic autographs and various inscriptions describing the colorway, or the theme behind the shoe. 2007 NBA Playoffs photo recap: ECF | game 2 »

It was another frustrating night for Cleveland Cavaliers fans. Being down 1-0 in the series the Cavs came out looking very aggressive and outscored the Pistons 34-18 in the second quarter to take a 12-point lead at halftime. Once the game went down to the wire it was a deja vu feeling with Cleveland down 1 point after an arguable offensive foul by Rasheed Wallace, who pushed-off Anderson Varejao and scored the go-ahead basket giving the Pistons the lead with 24 seconds to go – the officials didn’t call the violation. LeBron James, who was criticized for passing on the last possession in Game 1, drove right to the basket and missed a potential game-winning basket. Larry Hughes grabbed the offensive rebound of James’ miss, couldn’t make a 10-footer and Anderson Varejao was just off on a tip that would’ve given Cleveland the lead. Another close game decided by 1 possession and a lot of lucky/unlucky factor.

Nike Zoom LeBron II GSM brown PE »

Two weeks ago we published the first live photos of the 1 out of 3 Zoom LeBron II Low wallpaper PEs – the White/Black version (earlier we also published the Dunkman colorway). This time we present the first live pics of the last out of all 3 ZLII low wallpaper Player Exclusives – the Baroque Brown/Net. Just like the Dunkman colorway it features the GSM logo on the back of the shoe. GSM stands for Goodwin Sports Management, LeBron’s first management agency. In 2005 James dropped agent Aaron Goodwin, who negotiated more than $135 million in endorsement deals for the Cleveland Cavaliers star in two years, to sign with his three high school friends – together they are called the “Four Horsemen”. Event recap: 11/15/06 Cleveland LeBron IV launch »

The Cleveland Lebron Event took place on November 15, 2006 at Cleveland’s premier boutique – Next. The main attraction was a silent auction for 5 pairs of the Nike LeBron IV China exclusive as well as 72 pairs of the Nike Zoom LeBron IV first colorway being sold on the eve of the launch date for the rest of the country. Just like in the [San Francisco scavenger hunt] all proceeds from the Lebron IV auctions were donated to Lebron’s local charities, in this case “Funds for Public Schools”. Zoom LeBron Low ST real photos »

In order to confirm our [report] from last week we present live photos of the two mentioned there colorways: White/Silver and Baroque/Gold. Notice that the white pair has a LeBron-lion logo underneath the sole, which other styles have not.

Nike Air Zoom Generation ROTY »

To commemorate LeBron James’ 2003-2004 Rookie of the Year award Nike made a special model of the Nike Air Zoom Generation. This exceptional Player Exclusive features a White/Silver colorway with two additional logos: 03-04 ROTY and a famous 20.5.5, which you can see both on the photos below. 20 points, 5 assists and 5 rebounds stat line was achieved by King James as one of only three players in NBA history in his rookie season (joining Oscar Robertson and Michael Jordan).

2007 NBA Playoffs photo recap: ECF | game 1 »

Playing in their first Conference Finals in 15 years LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers lost Game 1 in Detroit. It was a very close game and it all came down to the final play when James drove toward the basket, kicked out to Donyell Marshall for a wide-open potential winning 3 pointer. Unfortunately the ball didn’t find its way to the basket and Detroit managed to escape the Cavs with a 79-76 win.
